Chem 48 owner, Ambiorix “Ambi” Corniel first moved to Arizona over two decades ago from his native Dominican Republic as a member of the Chicago Cubs’ minor league baseball system. But after an arm injury ended his dreams of being a professional baseball pitcher/catcher, Corniel jumped into the commercial cleaning industry, working his way up to service manger for two of the largest companies in the state. However, Corniel knew there had to be a better solution, and was inspired to launch his own company dedicated to serving the client’s needs, not just selling them the maximum amount of product or costly services.  

“After nearly 20 years in the industry, I was inspired to create a company that is truly service driven, not just maximizing sales. I believe in taking care of the customer first, versus focusing on what can you sell them. I tell my staff that the Chem 48 way of doing business is, ‘Do what you say, get it cleaned and sanitized at a reasonable cost, and always follow through on your promises.’”

Plus, as a full-service commercial ware washing provider, Chem 48 also offers expert consulting and inventory services, plus comprehensive inspections of all dishwashing machinery to ensure efficient and repair-free operations.
